Why does every time I change config.console = False to config.console = True my game crashes? ISn't that how you open the console menu?

I believe I stopped playing because I could not figure out how to both redeem Kylie AND start Camila Foglio character....
As I think the redeem Kylie prevents her from attacking/stalking enough to be reported to police, I guess I can try again.

Update when?Hi Everyone
I tried to update the walkthrough with almost every new contents from Wiki such new events for Kleio, Emma, Hanna, Alexis, Morgan, ... or some extra info like their favourite gifts
I used wiki's Latest Activity until today for latest change but it will change in next days.
