how do you get to actually pursue reona? ive already met her but i havent met her again even though i followed the guide. also why cant i raise kats submission to 10 i again followed the guide and its stuck at 5 even though i did the guide?

You didn't follow the guide if you can't raise Kat's KP to 10.

.... thats what i did though i didnt initiate a first date and it didnt increase anyways. unless he is saying this arcade event is the first date (which would be very misleading and confusing) seeing as it then says to take to amusement park and no other time calls it a date.

If it's missing the DLC, you'll have to download that and add it to Estrada's directory under Documents to get those characters back.

It counts sexperience, not sexual encounters.

Sexperience can raise with other stuff as well, though I would say for most purposes they will amount to a very similar effect.
