i never did that. i am in day 60+ and i have 40+ charm, strength and 39 intellect. and around 9k money

So im having issues trying to get to the club to Find Ryan, for Samanthas 40/40 quest. ANyone know how do i unlock this? i Went Martial Arts , Partying and Hung for my choices in the beginning. the recording studeo and the piercing shop aren't open on the regular map

the recording studeo is used for only 1 event for which you need the guitar skill and the piercing shop is available if you go on a mall date with the girl (and she has high enough sub)
