There's two more scenes. It starts with "work in the morning" but it seems it's not working for some people. For me it worked when I worked at 10 AM. Maybe try different times in the morning, that's my only guess.

if you are using riva tune or any other software to view the fps of the game, turn it off and the game will work normally

Yes, Kylie and Camila are mutually exclusive. If you choose to activate Camilla, Kylie is removed from the game (note that this also ends the Taming harem if you had it).

Other than that, I don't think there are any mutually exclusive characters or harems. Just some difficulty activating them, for example, if you've made Samantha your girlfriend, you can't activate Emma's dating.
