NG+ is "New Game +". Once you finished the game (by marrying a girl), new starts will carry over some of your old stats and traits, thus easing up the grind, especially in the early game. No additional scenes.

If you cheat anyway, NG+ does not offer anything you can't get by cheating in the first place.

It's automatic,
Ask either bree or sasha to have sex while all 3 are in the kitchen,
It should trigger after it ends.

I know it should trigger since I have triggered it on older versions but it's not doing it on the new game I started.
