For the hundred time, multiple endings, more than 50 routes and life decisions with some girls!! 100% save is impossible!! Some girls like Emma you have to have an exclusive relationship. To have 1 or 2 harems you can't have a relationship with Emma!! Resuming to have some girls you have to lose others!!
There are actually ways around this. You can friendzone Samantha when Emma's questline begins, get in a relationship with her, and then restart your relationship with Samantha. In addition, if you've completely done the harem questlines, there are options to get around her finding out and breaking up with you. As far as I know, the only exclusive relationships in the entire game are Kylie and the policewoman, since you HAVE to put Kylie in jail to begin the other relationship.
... and even that seems to be not a long term case.

The update is the whole game!! There are to much things that change. Less then a year ago the beginning of the game was totally changed (before you started at first of spring, now you can choose), various backgrounds have been change, errors and bugs have been corrected and various missions have been added!! So updating the game has to be the whole game!!
There is no "new" art, both artists currently working on the game are here since the start.
