According to forum rules, also relatives not by blood count as incest, so a step sister is incest on F95. And there is no "stalling" of any kind, you can already marry her and see her whole story - which also explains why she cannot be a "real" sister.
The mother is definitely off limits. This game will not include any "blood incest". If you are looking for that, you need to turn your eyes elsewhere.

Can someone tell me how much content is in this game? has some finished character routes or is it just a bunch of characters with a few scenes each?
I even cant find a time that Lexi and Bree at home without others and have some fun with them.
I think i fucked up something with Gym haren with Ayesha and Hanna ... Hanna just left and its missing from everything

Over 20 romanceable characters, about 1/2 to 2/3 of them have their route finished. There is a ton of content.
