They definitely do not. I remember trying to trigger it (its especially hard with Emma) and be saddened at how there is no reactions. Harmony would definitely be a curious, as she would be disturbed with having a child out of marriage (thought she is practically Mike's wife at that point)

Anyone knows how to talk with Kleio on Anna's route, to convince her to fix their relationship? I'm stuck there because i can't speak with Kleio. I tried everything, but it nevers triggers the necessary dialogue to progress Anna's route
Pick normal chat options with the fashions, music, tv, etc. There should be a new topic bubble pops up with Anna in it

Gwen is not part of the main cast she will not necessarily get a full route at all (same for the other secondary characters).
I can't collar Emma at 100% sub. She says that she already has one - yet here status is still a girlfriend atc. It is clearly a bug. Any solutions?

I take it these are events that happen earlier in her... event line, I mean, if someone has gone far enough Kylie is in prison, we can't see these? or make her 'better'?

Yep, Kylie explicitly was mentioned to be a case where the player is meant to choose. You do either her jail route or her love route.
Its just that the Love Route is filled with so many drawbacks (basically, having to avoid Kylie to prevent her from killing our roommates) that everyone does the Jail route after a pump and dump

So, with this update, can we get her to chill the f' out and go "love" route while also in other relationships and not closing other relationship opportunities?

Since this game has two protagonist, and one of them has virtually zero content, I would say the game is less then 50%.
Though I feel like the female protagonist will just be dropped as the male protagonist's story becomes finished.
