Well, I met the criteria for home harem but for some reason, Bree left. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Sasha is my slave, both girls havr 75 or more love points. Get your fitness stat up high enough before getting your first meeting with Alexis (after your second promotion at work) and then whenever prompted be as clear as possible that you don't want anything to happen, then there will be no NTR with her.

Also probably focus on Sasha early on because she also will have a scene with a third party if you're too slow.

Everything else is just telling the girls not to do stuff.

Yes. I did. So when I meet them together, Bree always leaves. I don't get why it isn't working. In game, says to make Sasha my slave if it has band harem, but I didn't start it yet, but I gave her slave collar, maybe it was this...?

In my first playthrough I gave Sasha the collar but only had Bree to like 20LP so it wasn't cheating yet. Bree confronted me and got mad over the collar anyways. My guess would be it had to do with that plus it revealed you were cheating on her so she leaves in that case.

She confronted me about the collar too, but she seemed ok when MC says that Sasha loves it. I don't get. I read that both of them need to have 75LoP, 25KP and 45KP I guess.... I guess lesbian points are a lil bit higher... I'll try give them porn magazine and see...

The "3+ times sex" was the old version, IIRC it is completely obsolete right now and replaced by the "with both within x days" criterion.

If I remember, when they have both collars and you have sex with them within 7 days. You have to meet both of them in the same room to trigger the event. Usually they're in the kitchen around 1900u or in the living room

Some personal tips:

Do not have sex with multiple girls or at least not the ones in the same harem (home harem, office harem, band harem, etc) until they have atleast 75 love point (LP), 25 kink point (kp), and 45 lesbian point. Otherwise you will lose girl(s) to showdown events. If you do have sex with multiple girls in 7 days, either from events or you fucking up. Avoid the girl(s) or the harem location (such as studio for band harem and office for office harem) for 7 days. For home harem (Bree and Sasha), you can't avoid your home, so work on each of them 1 at a time.

The fastest way to earn KP is by bringing them to pub dates. There are two activities, pool and darts, where if you win (and I assume it's stat based) the girl gains +2 KP per activity, netting you +4 KP per date. If you also gift them "A sex slave's story" for +1 KP (and - 1 or 2 LP), that's +5 KP per day/date not including KP gain from other sources.

It is inevitable that you will make mistakes (I messed up the band harem, causing Kleio and Anna to leave, and pick the wrong choice locking Minami's KP to 50). So it's a good idea to save before doing something on the story tracker, that way you can backtrack without losing much progress. Or live with the consequences until NG+.
