I hope he will fix it with the addition of unlocking the home harem, i couldn't have sex with them in 7 days because of that so I cannot have home harem therefore the majority of the plot is locked on my save

It's bugged, nothing you can do about it atm. Me and a bunch of other people have the same issue. Even starting a fresh game and doing her romance strictly point by point doesn't help. Just wait till the update drops tomorrow, it should be fixed.
Individually yes it's feasible, harem wise no because of 2 distinct ones that are only feasible depending on what path you take Bree.
