Is that a bug or am I Missing something?
Are you well fed, well groomed and enjoying life? Check your "needs" at the top, when one of them gets too low you can do nothing but satisfy it. (Eat, take a shower, sleep, watch TV/game on the console should still be available depending on which one you lack)
what's the better trait I am hung or High Libido
Hung increases pregnancy chances, also minimal changes in love point gain and dialogue. Since we were talking Emma's difficulties earlier, it also makes bedding her more difficult. This IMO is a useful trait if you want to plant your seed everywhere but otherwise quite useless.
High libido does allow you for more sex in the same time (reduced cooldown). This may be a bit of a help in the early game, however with more athleticism and sexperience it does nothing anymore.
Choose what you think will be nicer for your and possibly your headcanon. As a trait from that group I would probably pick "Lucky" - unless you picked "Unlucky" before.

Nope. Currently (and that is true for years, so no use holding your breath for the update) it will break your game.
You can only get gamer harem on that route since the npc is exclusive to it.
However, as has been said, a KP limit as a tradeoff (though that one actually is one of the few problems with a known console solution).
