When you say "She will be able to tell any male that he is the father (regardless of if he is)" - I presume at least one instance of sex (preferrably unprotected) would be needed?

The technical answer is "yes", but the relevant answer probably is "no". You need to have the guitar skill (whether picked or learned) when you hear Sasha from the hallway. After that you cannot unlock anymore.

The actual answer is yes. You just need to learn it before the event, as Cartageno mentioned. That means, you need to have learned the guitar skill from the book before you do the bar pool event with Sasha, or alternatively, after but before you get 30 lp with her.
Thus, as long as you buy the skill book on the one day of the week it's sold and read it 5 times, you should be fine.
To trigger the Sasha has a band event, the time is at night (see walkthrough for details), Sasha is in her room, and you need to be in Hallway. When this event can be triggered, when you are at home, you will hear some "noise" message
Before you learn the guitar, control Sasha's LP and avoid this event when you go to the bathroom. Moreover, the fastest time for the Playing pool to happen is Friday night (see Sasha's schedule), you just need to start the game and go to the bookstore Find guitar skill books.
If there is no sale on the day, save it before the date changes at night, go to the bookstore after waking up, load if you don’t have a guitar skill book, and learn as soon as you buy a guitar skill book.
As long as you haven't triggered the event, she's in her room at night, practicing like Shizuka Chan

I just restarted the game and tried it. It is true that Shiori's Sub Point must reach 50 before I can call her to my office.
I thought that was it but then they got 50 it immediately triggered another scene and... I'm dumb
Take it easy, this is normal, the more you restart, the more details you will remember.
You can take notes and save more.

Yeah, I said "the relevant answer is no" because I assumed that this was not a question about planning ahead but the event already having happened - and then there is no returning (except for "to an earlier save"). Otherwise you are of course correct.

I've gone back and read a number of different responses and things seem to depend on many factors and updates. So I want to ask this so that I don't wind up screwing my save game:
I'm CEO. Dwayne dead. Cassidy pet and collared 100 kp and 100 lp.
She now allowed me to have sex in the office and didn't tell me that I have to wear a condom.
Got the fertilization pop-up so I know the rabbit done died.
Does she now decide to go be single mom and leave game? Or want an abortion or can she have the kid and continue on as my lover?
Im not interested in marrying route - cuz I know that ends the game.
