I disagree with the "30-50 %" estimate but it may differ on what you consider NTR. And I may be forgetting some, since I tend to avoid these:

I'd argue that the home harem is already kind of overcrowded unless you buy a bigger house. Also I don't really see any connection. Then again I didn't see one for Lexi either.
