Only a handful of characters can so far, and the requirement seems to just be very high kink points. So far its Minami, Audrey, and Amy who will accept the gift and wear it

No. There's 3. 1 is mostly done, another is partially done, and the third has barely been started

Where can i find a help to the commands and usage in the console. The help command itself was rather limited... i just need to change Emmas Love points to have her not go "undateable"

edit: I tried the savetoken fix and it seems to work. but for future reference i'd still like the other option as well

Yeaaaaah the console can be useful but limited, and theres isnt an easy reference for commands/values to change. In this particular case you'd do "emma.flags.lovepoints = 3" (without the quotes) before the conversation where she breaks up with you or continues the relationship.

I have Alexis at 50% and it says the next event is to talk to her. However it never comes up. I have looked both on the main options when you make her "active" and under the talk options. I see nothing related to discussing her past. Any sollutions? thanks

Per the dev that's how it's gonna be on Android going forward

APK are limited to 2gb, we passed that 2 months ago so we can't distribute the game as one big apk anymore.
The downloader is a work in progress but it is working for most people.
It was either that or dropping android support.

Usually, yes. Sometimes you get wonkiness when the changes are more extensive. I haven't gotten anything gamebreaking yet.
