You need to unlock an event before do sex with her:
Minami love points and brothercon shold be maxed (100%)
After that meet Minami in the living room (H 20:00 to 22:00)
Teach her having sex with you
Invite her to a date and than having fun

Minami doesn't show up for me after the second phone call (and yes I've talked to bree and sasha, as well as cleaned the attic, as well as being at the house when she should show up, but she justy doesn't show up for me, instead it seems like she just disappears from the game after the second phone call)

There are two foursomes for the band.

There are a lot of "not yet implemented" tasks in the Story Tracker. Sex, pregnancy, and marriage with Minami has been on the tracker for a while now.

it is possible to add remonders (selecetable) - i forgot to train regulary for battle of bands, and we did lose a big time .
it is possible to add follow me/call to go to there, since i lack many location specific scenes to continue story (like having bree and sasha at pool, bree shower sex..and others).
