Been running into this problem recently, Minami wont move in on any saturdays regardless of season.
Can't figure out why, ive postponed every possible event to sit in the livingroom doing nothing for a while during one testrun. Could it be my game version?
Edit: Loaded up the cheats to see if there was anything there that would help me, Shows her in her room?

what's the Saturday-bug? it's not really a bug but rather the weird fact that a lot of important events(unskippable in theory) happen in Saturday...which if you re-begin the game all over from zero(it happens when your save-file is not compatible anymore) you've like 5 events happening in the first Saturday, which it may cause some problems(maybe, i don't know, but i guess it could be problematic even if it's not a bug)
