Yes, kink points takes forever, there is not easy way to increase them, so "slave story" books for everyone for +1, after 25+ kink points, you can spank them to get an addicional one. Watch SM porn with Bree, Sasha and Minami to get more. Also some ramdon events, for example taking Palla to a fancy restaurant and paying the bill or the darts in the pud events, increase one. Having anal sex or kink sex with girls sometimes adds kink points or talking about sex in a normal conversation. Petting Shiori, talking about food with Harmony, also choosing the last option with Aletta when asked about married womans. i think Hanna get one, if you said that your favorite sport is sex.

There are also quite a few more ways to raise kink in conversations, depending on the girl, sometimes (as with Aletta which you mentioned) you gotta choose the correct answer, Hannah has some conversations which will automatically give one. Still, it doesn't speed it up that extremely, so people trying to completely avoid the grind are out of luck here.
