If you initiate the house harem, bree and sasha need to be at 75 love and 25 kink and they need to have at least 40 yuri. If you don't have those stats then one or both of them will leave depending on their stats.

Last time I played it, the event kicked off as soon as I went there after the prompt in the quest log (after Sam stops you in the park).

That's just in the log.txt file then? It doesn't mean anything. RenPy has already fixed that bug and it will not be there next release.

Yeah I've read other ppl have this issue and I do as well. I started a new game and I played up to the point where I can have a scene with sasha and after it asks about protection, which it doesn't matter which option you pick, after that the scene automatically only has stop now. It doesn't matter how much energy you have or if you have the eggplant icon it always happens. Based on what I've read its only the missionary postition but I didn't have any other positions unlocked to test it.
I also thought the same thing, in my case it stays at 20% of love, and to unlock 30%, first I have to invite her to a date at the mall, I do, but nothing happens.

Okay so I posted my issue on the discord, and to everyone else having the sasha issue, they said that it has to do with your level of sexperience. Now its been a long time since I last played and that was never the case for me before so it must be a recent change. However, apparently Sasha's scenes are gated behind that.
Anyone has 23.1.2a Android port ? the k2s file link is crashing for me as soon as it finishes downloading.

Another thing I just remembered is you need to have 40 LP before it triggers since the park happens at 30.
