Not many I can think of. Mostly very short single scenes if anything is mentioned at all. You can rub Sasha's ex's nose in your potential relationship. But he is a definite ex at that point. If you pursue Amy, her boss is interested in her, but she's decidedly not interested in him.

Samantha gets engaged/married and you can get involved with her, but most of the paths aren't netorase. There is one path where the husband confronts you but Sam has effectively already dumped him. Most of that action is her revenge cheating / grabbing onto a safe guy as her relationship implodes.

Aletta and Cherie come closest. Aletta is your boss and is fucking her boss, Dwayne, and you can get involved with her. Dwayne never notices. Cherie is married to the same guy and you can entice her to help you, but there aren't any real romantic/sexual scenes yet -- she's a focus of an upcoming DLC. Dwayne does come and tell you to back off once.

There is more sharing than netorase. You can share/pimp Bree with Dwayne (one scene), There's a couple of mixed-gender groupings, You can pimp out one or more of the office women (one scene). You can act as a pimp for one of the women (several different johns). There's a bunch of sharing in MFF groupings as well.

There are probably others I'm forgetting.

Goth harem should continue without Vincent (Mike)
Electronic harem should continue without Shawn (Mike)
Bree maid route shouldn't block Kat (maybe special event if he got gaming experience on that route?) and Gamer route shouldn't block collaring (allow KP to 100)
Kylie - maybe change taming harem requirements (especially <=75 for Ayesha) and go further with her story after jail (maybe new redemption path with new girl - Laura - that can be not only normal doctor but psychologist/psychiatrist?)

There is a mod that lets you do both the Bree gamer and Bree maid paths so you get Kat. Sorry not sure who wrote it to give them the credit.

name.unpreg() (replace name with their name (lowercase)) will remove the pregnancy.

name.flags.pregnancies_number = 0 (replace name with their name (lowercase)) then storytracker.refresh() to reset the tracker.

In fact there are several if you don't go the crazy Yandere route you will never ever unlock Camila, with Bree you open 2 girls who are Kat in the game Route and the normal one that opens Reona, you must farm her yes or yes, with Sasha if you don't farm her well you can lose the band harem and even the house harem, another one that is a pain in the ass to do is the Palla route, tedious and boring that takes so much time that it is better to start it from the beginning of the game and not even then you want to finish it.
