As it turns out tho, I'm a dumbass lol. Apparently I DID complete all of those Shiori events and I actually had to take Audrey on another date to start the events to make her more submissive. Now I just need to finish Aletta.

Yeah this game has very little in the way of NTR and anything that involves another dude sleeping with any of the love interests is entirely optional and very telegraphed. It also doesn't contribute to a bad end either as they're largely just one off events.
