The last time I played was a long time ago, but that situation in which the yandere killed someone you could avoid, you did not need to imprison her either, you could tame her and have a harem with the other girl from the gym.

Did they change any of that now?

They did not change it but there are other options now (see evil's posting). These options are one of the reasons you cannot have full content in one walkthrough though, arguably the biggest reason.

I have a problem with the new update. Within the office harem guide (in-game) both 'work in the morning' and 'take Lavish on a date at the restaurant' are stuck. I've taken Lavish everywhere on dates, including about a dozen times to the restaurant, nothing's happening. As for 'work in the morning" I have no idea what's going on, I show up at 8am every weekday and Saturdday and immediately start work, but nothing happens, at all.

For work in the morning, you need to have had sex with both Audrey and Shiori at least three times.

I don't think that possible cause they would likely be two completely different save files. But I could be wrong. So I would say try it out first to see how it goes.

More swinging than NTR:
Sasha: If you don't pursue her she has sex with her ex and then can ask you to have a threesome with him
Sam: Former roommate who I believe you had a crush on. She gets married and you can have a threesome with her husband and you
