Check the game folder. See if dlc_fafow.rpa is in it, if it isn't in there that's what's happing.

shift+o once enabled. You can use UnRen.bat to enable the console, but it also enables the dev menu causing text to appear over some scenes. removing the line of code config.developer = False from the injected file will fix this.

You got the command right. It doesn't trigger the event it just lets you meet the condition you soft locked yourself out of.
