Personally, I would say no. There is a complete route in terms of story (Angela the male mc mom), but it has so little content that I wouldn't say it's worth downloading for that, Or, if you're going to play it, do so with cheats. It's not worth grinding through for so little content.

The other lesbian routes have made little progress, I haven't played this latest update, but looking at the changelog, there isn't much progress.

Harem.join_by_name("taming", "ayesha", "kylie") should reform the Taming Harem and storytracker.refresh() to fix the story tracker if it's still showing the kylie_in_jail outcome.

Short answer no, its in very early stages and is on included in the patreon build of the game, not on steam or itch.

There isn't one. Game has branching paths for some characters so there can't be a "full" save. If you just want to see the art try a gallery unlocker or console command. Gallery is cg only so if you want scenes you have to play the game, its fun though.

Base game is feature complete but the devs are still adding extra content and bug fixes, basically like a version 1.1. Currently theres 3 "DLC" the first is to play as a female mc. The next 2 dlc add 3 girls each (and multiple harems) to the male mc. DLC 2 is like 98% done and DLC 3 is at best 5% as they just recently started it.
