45 is the minimum, but if you must insist on unlocking the points the commands you want are
name.lesbian.min = x and name.lesbian.max = x (replace name with the girl's name (lowercase)) lesbian points use a 1:5 ratio so a 1 in the code is a 5 in game.

As you were just told, 45 is the minimum, 50 is the point that locks it in.
you only unlock Kat on Bree's gamer path, but you can only get Bree to 100 "handcuff" on the maid path. so if the question is how you get both --> modding"Maid path" or the "Gamer path".

I was finally able to complete this game in a way that I felt was perfect, I had to retry so many times it was quite difficult

Like GN245 said it's not possible in the vanilla game, you'd need to mod your game or my personal suggestion use the console."Maid path" or the "Gamer path".

Go to the
game folder, and open unren-dev.rpy a python editing software and remove the line of code containing config.developer = True, or if you don't feel like editing the file you can put config.developer = False into the console.
