If your goal is just to see her, then sure, but any meaningful interaction with her past that requires her event chain to be triggered. Every one of her actual events require "camila_event_01" to have been triggered, and a prerequisite for that to happen is that "kylie_investigation_2" has been triggered, which is the scene where you report Kylie for stalking, attacking, raping or killing.

Okay, so I've had a lot of thunderstorms around here lately, and dumb as I am, and drunk on false bravado due to what I learned from my repeatable scenes project, I decided to do something else I had been thinking about for a while, which is to tie up the Kylie plotline.
TLDR version:

It never really made sense to me how a) she can never really be cured and you always have to juggle her yandere stat, b) she gets a trial for murder and you can actually get her released, but rape just gets her in jail indefinitely and attacking/stalking you does nothing (even despite that Camila makes it pretty clear that if you've got a video of the assault, that's enough evidence to do something). I made a simple mod earlier to just lock her yandere once you completed her low-yandere path in vanilla, but it always felt rather half-assed to me. So here's my attempt at doing something with that whole thing. Obviously it's not at all realistic and this is now how the justice system works at all, but I tried to at least keep it somewhat in line with how it works in the game.
This replaces the events following the attempted rape, whether it fails or succeeds. Stalking still does nothing, and murder should still be handled through the vanilla events unless I screwed something up. What happens is that Kylie will end up in jail, where you can visit her periodically. Eventually she'll get a trial similar to the vanilla one, but with different outcomes. Most of the outcomes will lead to her being removed from the game with some variation in flavor text, but if you've been supportive of her leading up to the trial, she can be released and resume as normal, with her yandere disabled. The threshold for the best outcome is pretty high, but the required actions to get there are pretty obvious.
In addition, it will trigger Camila like she normally is when Kylie ends up in jail, and if Kylie is released, the taming harming gets an alternative, less crazy Kylie scene with some of the requirements altered to make it possible/easier to trigger. Mainly just meet up with them in the gym while they are both there, and make sure they both love you enough or it'll fail just like in vanilla.
I have tested most of it, but there are some edge cases where I didn't, like what happens if you form the taming harem first and then get her locked up in jail. It's not supposed to end the harem then, but due to how the game is coded, it may also have some side-effects, like being able to have taming harem dates even when Kylie is locked up. It's not entirely unfixable, but not easily or safely, so I didn't bother. It's another one of those cases where it'd be trivial to patch, but complicated to inject.
Anyway, I'm releasing it because I'm hoping someone else will be inclined to help me test it. I'm exhausted with it right now, and I severely underestimated how much work it would be. I kinda went overboard, being way more ambitious than I should've. I also kind shot myself in the foot by changing my mind about something halfway through, then again my failing to think that thing through, so yeah... I won't bore you with the details on that. I've certainly gained a new level of respect for the people who actually do this for a living.
If anyone is serious about testing, there's a "debug_kylie_mod" variable that you can change to "True" at the top of the script, which will enable some debug text in the scenes, but more importantly, cut the timescale between events down to 10%.
And now, back to melting in the heat...

Who is Claire? She wasn't in the vote, she wasn't in the game until now, she doesn't have an "original actress"... Why did they even add her? There were 9 unused girls (among which several are much more interesting), for exactly 3 DLCs...
That's true, but they had 7 girls to choose from, who were already in the game, but they selected the 8th, which was not there.
Besides, as I already said, without a "real actress". Why Anna has pink hair and who she is like, I know (what's more, even Gwendolyn is copied from a real one, and looking at her, it's clear why she looks like that), but why does an ordinary (judging by the standard clothes) woman have pink hair?
Cherie and Kiara, by the way, were also redrawn in an average cartoon style, which ruined their individuality...

It would be cool if the next dlc after that cointaining Cherie was themed around workers in the mall and besides Natalie who appears in the book shop they would also include Gwendoline and that girl which work in the flower shop.
