I cant seem to make it appear on the tracker but what I did was to finish Reona's redemption path and then have another date with Reona on a saturday afternoon iirc at home to have Reona meet Angela.
As for Harmony, Im not sure if you need to do the religious path until before meeting Angela but Im sure that both Harmony and Reona needs 100 purity and that they have no sexual experiences with you
When I got the purity conditions and Reona meeting Angela, I dated Harmony on a weekend again on an afternoon in the park

the kart race (karting track) indicates a progression in 10% increments like a new skill (when racing alone), I don't know exactly which one, though, because I already have the gamer skill, so, after playing in the arcade the first time with her, I was wondering if this is related to the "Gamer" skill, or to Bree and their Z-Box game sessions, when MC have to win 5 times, in "Z-Box Penalty"?

Kart Racing is a separate skill that I'm pretty sure has no use right now.

actually it has an optional use. It gives an extra lp if you are working on Kleio and race her when she's at the go kart place and helps you maximize her birthday date.Oh crap! And here I am, wasting my time to max this skill

Well, that's good news, I guess. I'm currently on the Harem band path, so by extension, I'm also on Kleio's. But I've already raced her, and there was no indication of who won or lost. I think I'm at 30% in that skill, so maybe it's a bit early to give a result.

Is there a way to increase the chances of having anal sex with Bree? The wiki says 30%, but after many attempts, no luck.

Yeah you need to fully learn the skill for it to have an effect. Sorry, forgot to mention that.

It's apparently just RNG with a 25% chance in Vanilla doggystyle if she has 25 or more KP. Probably just have to save scum it though.

I may be mis-remembering, but isn't it based on the day of the week or day of the month? Something about a mod function is tickling my brain. I may be conflating this with a different game, but try a few different days.

So, does I have a 25% chance on 1 out of 4 days, or does that mean that, 25% representing 1/4 of a chance, 1 out of 4 days = 25%?

That means if it doesn't happen on a specific day it never will. It'll happen one of the next 3 days. It can only happen every 4th day.
"X % 4 == 0" means "take the remainder of X divided by four. Check if the remainder is zero". So it can only happen on game day 4, 8, 12, etc.
