This will not happen according to what Andrealphus has already stated. And I, personally, would not want to see that in this game. More art for maternity scenes, initial baby scenes, dialogue, code, etc .. There is enough work to be done as it is.
If you insert morality on the player you take away the free will and the free decision of the player and the game take a certain course that you can't change in mid game!!
