Where I can get the book to learn Shibari? Went to the bookstore, and they don't have it there. Also, it's a new game+ save. I know for a fact that I don't have the Shibari skill, and wasted my time learning the S&M skill.

Try to do her side-story/quests. Maybe you forgot to do something. See the wiki and the story tracker in-game.
Download with the MEGA server, and do a free account and download the client to do a folder in your pc, import the game to your account and then you just have to wait to do the download to finish. The advantage to download the client is that if for some reason the download is interrupted (power failure, pc crash, instable connection), the download will resume automatically. A free account has 20 GB of space.

There's a group proposal method for the home harem. Usually you'd not be able to propose to someone that low an LP (you're right, 80 is her current max).
You have to propose to one of the other home harem members, and it should trigger based on who is currently in the harem.
