Actually, you can't. I checked the wiki and even if you have enough evidence it results in Cassidy leaving the game and you lose out on all of the Office CEO content. I ended up using the time cheat to move back in time a day which allowed me to play the office conversation and so far everything is good.
I think the meeting is at 23:00 now, while the hot coffee question is traditionally midnight.
I think you either lose Cassidy or can keep your job as her slave (depending on whether you reached 100%) and are not necessarily fired.

IIRC you can click "back" at the bottom of the gift screen and then continue to roll back further. You cannot "roll over" the gift screen itself however.
Tried that a bunch and it didn't work in this situation. Specifically, I was on a home date with Shiori. I could backtrack time on the date back to 20:00 but once I got to the gift menu, it wouldn't go any further. Back didn't do anything and I could only click cancel to get back to the date screen.
Also turn off the random schedule. She disappeared on me for like 2 months and just randomly showed up like nothing had ever changed. Was super weird.
I haven't heard of anyone discovering any secret or added bonus for playing on hard. But if you play on Easy some things will be locked, I believe (like NG+). Thus, it's all about your enjoyment... some people might like the slower pace of raising attributes and money.
No extra content, no bonus run with any girl, nothing like that. Just like with most other games, the difficulty setting is so that you can set the level to what you most like in playing.
she won't be collared if she's on the gamer path, it only works on the maid path
idk anything about about gamer path vs Maid path but it takes 90 kp to collar pretty much everyone except cassidy.
Do her next event so her LP cap increases. Using mods to change the points above their caps can break things, so I'd stick to using the in-game cheat system that will max a stat to it's potential based on your event list or not touching it at all.
