Bree can't get pregnant for now. Samantha can but only if you don't tell her Ryan is cheating and even then it's just a small event for now where she appears with a belly and the next time you meet her the belly is gone. It's a placeholder for now.

Maybe it got fixed, last time i checked it went the way i talked about.

If Sam broke up with Rayn you can date her, otherwise she will neither kiss you nor goes on dates with you for now.

you can practice speech in the bathroom, sunbathe (I think this raises it), get a haircut at the mall, and party at the nightclub.
