you have to type exit in the console to be able to exit it with the games current key mappings

To get a girl's number your charm must be higher than 40 - relationship or desire (highest of the two), that's a bit much so I'll reduce it to 20.

There are other choices depending on your previous choices.

Every X amount of stat you need to do the new event that becomes available once reaching that level. Eg. meeting Bree in the arcade on the weekend.

some girls have a max point you can't go past at the moment, Kleio's is at 75%
