Thanks, the problem is that I can't get above 65lp with Bree. The guide tells me to get a bj from her in the pool and see her Bowsette cosplay, but I can't for the life of me trigger either of the events.
Which path are you on? You need to be reading the Bree-Maid/Gamer events instead of the Bree only which you are quoting.
if you're on the maid path, you need to take her on a date and successfully have sex with her to continue. If you've done this, you need to see her at the maid cafe at 18:00 and (granted this is how I do it so you might want to do it differently) engage her icon, then cancel out immediately to trigger the first event. Then perform enough actions to get her lp up to the next threshold, then cancel again to activate that event. That should put you either right at 75 or 80 lp.
If you're on the gamer path, you need to talk to her in the living room when she's there for 2 different events getting the lp to it's threshold in between them to trigger the tournament.
The events you mentioned can only be triggered at 75 and 80 lp respectively, so it's not surprising you can't get them activated.
