You can not trigger the date with Kleio and Anna at this time without using the console (and breaking your save for future updates). The Morgan and Kleio harem does not affect Kleio and Anna. Hopefully the Kleio/Anna date will be re-enabled in the next update.
I really wanna see it because I'm really curious, can you tell me how to? I'll keep this in a secondary save, so it shouldn't be a problem (I'll backup the other one as well for safety).
Edit: no worries, I managed to find what to do in SaveEditor by following through all the "kleio" finds of the ctrl+f lol

Was anything changed with Lexi after Mike encounters her in the nightclub? I remember in older version she could call Mike the same night after jacking his wallet. I know the time conditions for the scene to happen (Be in the living room 8pm-midnight after the bathroom scene), but I cannot trigger it the same night for my life.

As far as I know the conditions have not changed and it can happen in the same night. Make sure your needs are high enough (5+) when you get home and are waiting for the call.

Man so many changes since I posted here late 2018-early 2019. Getting used to the new music (NOOOOOO THE OLD NIGHTCLUB MUSIC IS GONE THAT WAS MY JAM!!!) and characters, but there was one interaction that I guessing everyone knows about that made me question my life decisions.

She's the one character that.....is like a big bloody blowing up falling off the rails massive train wreck where you KNOW there's gonna be carnage and death and horror......but pull the car over to get a better look cuz ya just can't look away.
