There is no known console command that would be safe to use for almost anything you did wrong or want to change later on, so usually stuff is set and the only options would be loading an old save or starting a new game.
Specifically the girls from the band however you can later meet at a concert, so their paths aren't closed. I am not entirely sure but I think there is no harem possibility anymore since the events for that occur during practice and IIRC you will not join the band later on.

Too right. With about 20 of them, and plus the content you find with Natalie, Cherie or Kiara so far.
Unless I'm off, the main girls (such as, the ones that you can date) number 21, so that looks correct.

well she has several ways. You could stop the wedding or you could let her find out after she gets married, or you can let her know she doesn´t like the marriage with Ryan. If you mean the home harem you need to let her get revenge on Ryan.

(a) There is no such thing as a "full save", as has been said countless times. A "full save" would be MC marrying and the game is over.
(b) There is no gallery, so even with some save at a random point in time with all the choices made being completely wrong for what you want, you already missed most of the content.
(c) If you have no time to play a game, you might be off better by just watching good old porn (somewhere on the internet is a site with some, or so I've been told). Straight to the action, better graphics, more choice of specific kinks.

I figured out how to get Samantha in the home harem without getting revenge on Ryan. I did all of her story events, except the last one, which is that she's worried about her relationship with MC. That's when she asks if MC is with other girls. Do not let it trigger. Save your game, and edit your save data by increasing Samantha's kink. Save your data, and open the game. Talk to Samantha to trigger the event. Be honest and tell her about the other girls. She should reply with a smile and that she's ok with MC having other girls. If she doesn't, then something is wrong with her stats. I recommend double checking her stats in the phone under contacts before triggering her event.

So, you figured out how to save edit.
On this note, I really see no point in her not having that revenge on Ryan path being the only one that can corrupt her. Cancelling the wedding won't really take anything away, she's already banging the dude and teasing you about it. Ryan is also a huge creep, but that makes sense, since the three antagonists all represent three type of assholes.

Eh, I imagine a Full Save as something as "Most girls as possible with the biggest affection as possible".
I definitely see it being useful for cases where a girl has got new content but your old save doens't have her.
I'm currently doing a new game just to have Kylie there so I wouldn't have to do it again for the time where she get her update.
