Not right, but I'm hoping the purity path will let you tell her to keep it without her disappearing, but right now if you want pregnant Reona, you'd have to modify the code.

I got that by taking her to cinema and talking to her. I just clicked on the kiss button and it moved into talking bit. You have to do it 3 times too.

Yeah unless you are using the cheat mode it can hard to get things to trigger. I play with cheat mode as I do not want to spend a literal week of my time to get one female in the game. Grinding just to extend play time is bullshit in my view.
