You need to have hot coffee with emma and either eat her out 10 times or raise her kp to 25 and combine the choices of eating her out and/or anal sex a total of 10 times to get rid of that calc x. Just so you know anal sex also counts as the viable trigger to start that harem, so it might be a little easier to do and work on the other while doing so.
Basically, it's a check for how much sex she has had. If you have access to the console, you can just artificially inflate this to skip some grinding, pun intended.
emma.sexperience += <something> should do the trick. The highest requirement possible is 25 if I'm reading this correctly, so using 25 should guarantee all the checks will pass. Aside from skipping some flavor text during scenes, it shouldn't break anything.

Before you do Sasha's 30 LP event LEARN THE GUITAR SKILL! Either buy the book (available at the mall every Tuesday) and read it 10 times or pick it as your option for hobby. This is what you probably been missing.
Next is a lot easier. During the inital meeting choose I can play guitar and the first yes to confirm you are willing to join the band. The second yes is only if you don't mind crossdressing during the gigs and is completely optional either way. Just changes the What the MC is wearing during them.

Did you pick the lucky trait in the beginning? if not you need to find a 4 leaf clover which has a 1 in 5 chance of spawning between 6-8 am in the park and use it when found before you go to sleep to increase your luck. This automatically triggers that event.
If you chose the unlucky trait then you are need both the clover AND need to unlock Lavish so you can get her panties which is her second gift so you would need to make sure you unlock her before MC birthday so she would give it to you on Christmas or vice versa.

Hey guys, is it impossible to raise Bree's slave level in the gamer path? It's the first time I play this path, and I can't raise the slave level further than 50.

Cheats? How? I have them activated, yet I am unable to raise it artificially. Are you talking about consolo commands (in that case, can you tell me how to access it and the command)?

If you just want to max out Bree's max submission then
name.sub.max = 100 is all you'll need, but if you want to do the maid path as well (I suggest you do both paths since Kiara's in the upcoming DLC) then you have two options remove the first gamer event from the DONE list or force trigger the first maid event (I suggest you go with the first option since the maid story track will stay in the "complete" section of the story tracker if you don't remove said gamer event).Before I tell you how to do both make sure you completed the pat you're on to ensure things go smoothly during the other path.
del DONE["bree_event_05"] is to remove the first gamer event from the DONE list allowing you trigger the first maid event the normal way.hero.calendar.add(game.days_played + 1, LabelAppointment((12, 18), [""], "", "bree_event_04")) will set up an appointment that'll trigger the first maid event when you attend it if you decide the story tracker being a little messed up is fine with you.

Thanks, I will give it a try. Probably went too far with Sascha if that is a condition.
I restarted from a clean save and her count is at 27 and I spent a month sodomizing this girl with every size dick available, it just wont trigger lol

I personally just use UnRen.bat. Through word of advice since the dev menu is enabled alongside the console when you use UnRen this causes text the appear over some of the images in this game so you're going to need to open the injected
rpy and remove the line of code the contains config.developer = True.
