should i start playing from start because its not working. bree point is also 100 and 100. she doesn't even talk about having fun.

Bree does not have fun for now, she will in the version that will be out during the first week-end of july.
Only Sasha as sex scenes in 18.06.x

Old saves will never work on new versions :/
Unless I find a way but it is highly unllikely...
Using console commands to put girls back to where they where stat wise is the best way to go I think, but be carful to always use : "girl.desire += xx" and not "girl.desire = xx" or you will mess up your game.

yes her points are 100% 100% 5%
i talk (sex) she tells she would see me in my room. i wait there from 18:00 to 22:00 but she doesn't appear.

The place she is at has no importance in the event starting.

Can you do a little test for me if you know how to use console command :
1) Start a new game
2) Console : sasha.desire += 100
3) Console : hero.charm += 100
4) talk about sex with sasha say yes
5) go to your room and wait
if nothing happens :
6) wait until next night

I didn't make an android version, I wonder who did it.
Anyway, you should wait for the .14 to be out maybe it will work better for you as I am testing with it ans it works fine to get the sex scenes.
Otherwise you can get the scene by offering a spiked collar to sasha.

Console Cheats:
Money - hero.money=xx
(These next 4 max at 10 and will still go down throughout the day)
Energy - hero.energy.score=xx
Hunger - hero.hunger.score=xx
Cleanliness - hero.grooming.score=xx
Fun - hero.fun.score=xx

Knowledge - hero.knowledge.score=xx
Strength - hero.fitness.score=xx
Charm - hero.charm.score=xx

For the girl's stats, swap out G for the girls name
G.desire.score=xx
G.relationship.score=xx
G.sub.score=xx
(For sub score, Sasha's stat must be negative eg sasha.sub.score=-100
