There are quite a few bugs in the game, and they're being squashed continuously. However, I have never experienced one of this kind - neither sudden time jumps nor money disappearing. I also do not remember anybody mentioning them. If you could give more details, maybe it'd help Andrealphus figure them out.

Not really. Gamer path is capped at 50 but maid path allows for the full 100 once you go through the storyline.

I think it's a fun game
I just can't get any further what I find strange

Tbh, that is something that happens sometimes. I just thought that it was intentional (As you sometimes meet random people in rl too). Just tried to trigger it.
AfaIk, it happens when you finish the first part of the date and are returned to the street map to either go home or visit the Night Club and another character is on the map at the same time slot.

I started a new game (locked myself out of the Kleio path) and now I can't even seem to trigger "Kleio raises Hell" anymore.
Prerequisites: Wake up 05:00-09:00, Kleio love >= 30 & lesbian <= 70, done Kleio gets a tattoo

20 love points is not enough for dating indeed. You need to continue their storylines, at this point you'll have to meet Bree at the Arcade on a Saturday afternoon and play games with her, with Sasha you need to meet her at the pub in the evening and play pool. It should tell you so in the mission journal but there's also the wiki linked in the OP.

I have a few questions about this game again, what girls in this game have lesbian points besides sasha? if they all do then if a girl's lesbian points is mazed does this mean they become a lesbian? if "Yes" does this mean if playing mc bree and any girl that has a maxed out lesbian is she then romanceable for mc bree?
