you need to be in the living room on saturday/sunrday between 8:00/18:00 and also Bree needs to be in living room to. also, Bree affection need to 80 and need to be 6 day or more and after Bree previous event.

He said earlier in this thread that Samantha is "canon best girl" and the major love interest, however I don't think he has an idea of what he expects players to do in terms of picking a favorite.

No, you can get the harems.
If you use the cheats, you don't get achievements or carrying over onto New Game Plus.

Sasha has a minor scene with an ex-boyfriend, but you can put the kibosh on that very early
Yes for full Path. Bree, Sasha, Lexi, and The Office harem have optional NTR events you can do but not full paths.
