Yes that is true however Shiori's spanking events are also bugged. Thats why I said routes not just hers.

From what I read around here Shiori's spanking can be fixed by gifting her the butplug
Unfortunately they don't account for the actual spanking scenes. You're suppose to get 2 prior to that along with the milk coffee events and those are the bugged events.

I don't understand what bug you are talking about, I got the first 2 shiori spanking events and the milk coffee events just by playing the game normaly. Although I did start the game from scratch (because I forgot to backup my saves before doing a clean OS install) so the bug you are refering to might be caused by some old save incompatibility.
You starting from scratch probably saved you then since people were talking about the version without the a that was uploaded for the longest time. They just uploaded the current one a couple days ago though its been out for a week after people started complaining.
I start a new game asking "how bad could the office bug be?" and by week 2 the option to work has permanently disappeared

any time I use save editor online or renpy save editor for any change it prevents me from loading the save. its that an intended thing or am I just dumb? (which is likely)
when loading it always shows "are you sure" but just acts like I click no when you press yes from main menu or ask twice (once when selecting the save then again after it looks to load) then sends back to load screen when in game.

We did nothing to prevent save editing, at least intentionally.
But as this is not something we support, you are on your own to solve this...

i mean yeah thats fair. at least you the dev gave a response so still appreciated.
to be fair i did pretty much say im dumb so wouldnt surprise me that its something in my fault.
