Almost everything related to the office is a good addition for me.
Even characters I disliked initially , like Shiori. My favorites aside, I can count on one hand girls I consider a miss, honestly. This good ratio is the reason I keep coming back in the end

1. Expansions are not DLCs. There is a vast world of difference between the two.
2. The existence of DLCs, microtransactions, lootboxes, and other predatory abusive BS are all examples of a service issue.

The typical DLC is where you intentionally make the game too grindy and then have someone buy better gear one piece at a time for an obnoxious amount of money via DLCs. (because the DLC items are never actually balanced with the rest of the game).
Or they cut out content and make you pay extra for it in a big FU to the buyer.

As for your first part I would disagree. At least in common usage expansions are considered DLC. Not the only variant of DLC there is, but one of them. And probably the one quite a few think about first when hearing the term. On top of that, to qualify as a DLC, it doesn't need to cost money.

And I personally wouldn't even know a game where you could "DLC" some stuff against the grind or to get overpowered. I know that effect from lootboxes, microtransactions, and sometimes preorder bonuses or "you also have our other game" bonuses or suchlike, but not as DLC. May be the games I am playing, though.

However, this definition you've given in my eyes does not at all apply to activating additional girl routes as here in LSSB. That would be maybe an expansion, maybe something else entirely in my book.

I don't blame the dev for resorting to DLC's. The game by its very nature is infinitely expandable, so at some point you have to monetize the expansions just to justify continued development.

That said, I really wish he'd finish the original game outside of the DLC(s) -- there's still some annoying dead ends and bugs. The game is good -- it's why we're all here commenting on it -- and I look forward to the base game getting completed and completed DLC's that follow.

Well they're definitely waaaay more fleshed out. Certainly more than all the ones that only have 2 possible things to say when you go drinking. Dropping a "So you play World of Warcraft or what?" or "Fuck off" is not really a conversation.

I'd say I still like Minami more than Sasha though. She's okay but her insecurity and her kinks don't mix well for me. That pegging stuff which Mike seems way too into in conversations is also offputting.

Bree is definitely in a tier of her own though.

so no, it is not my own usage scenario. it is me using my brain to think about possible usage scenarios.

3. TV's with android installed on the TV itself are too locked down to actually sideload an apk in, and typically also very outdated versions of android.
Theoretically you could jailbreak your TV (in countries where it is legal. naturally). But that is just silly when you can just plug in something to it. like for example a steambox (linux) or HTPC (windows or linux). This also has the advantage of letting you have proper controls. (can connect a controller, and/or wireless keyboard/mouse)

4. Does this game's android version even have game controller input ability? (beyond using the controller as a crappy mouse). because otherwise you are limited to touchscreen TVs and walking up to the TV and using the touchscreen to play the game. this is just so crazy insanely niche that it is not even funny.

5. Do you even have 1 single subscriber who plays this game on an android TV? Or are you just assuming that "someone MIGHT" people are going to

6. I will grant you that tablets exist. And have actually considered them. But didn't want to get into writing an entire essay in the last post. My mistake, I should have been more detailed.
Tablets are literally just mobile phones without the ability to connect to cell phone towers.
Sometimes their screen is a little bigger. but you are still talking about a tiny screen vastly smaller than a monitor.

It's a subtle anti piracy measure. Only thing I wished was it allowed to download the game via steam purchase. Because I'm not paying again.

How do I do 2nd phase of Danny quest as Bree MC? It says "Go on a date with Mike at nightclub while Danny's nearby", but we never encounter Danny at nightclub on a date :<

I heard Samantha's shouting on the street at 00:00 in the morning. I had already saved the game at that time, but when I tried to trigger it again after leaving, I couldn't. Why is that?What's the plot of this episode?

It's just a random encounter with Danny if he's still in the game. You can ignore it or go deal with it, but it doesn't have any impact on Samantha's story.
