If you wanna know the rule, it's: Don't kiss a girl when another girl is in the same location. Don't have sex with two girls who are part of the same harem within 7 days of each other.

There's only one or two with the Jealous attribute that actually give a shit and call you out on cheating for kissing. Sasha is the biggest one and can actually lock her path out. The others just give you an angry stare or appear hurt and you lose a few LP, and nothing of any real consequence.
