The price policy when each DLC costs 10 units (1/10 of the amount included) cheaper than the game itself, is conducive to piracy.

First, get either 7zip or winrar (both are free, I prefer using winrar)
Then, open the zip file with winrar and press the extract button
Then it's as simple as running the exe file.

Did you unzip/extract it to somewhere? That kind of error mainly happens because you're running it from within the .zip file.
