Man I screwed up with Mel. Even when asking how she feels she seems fine, but no matter how much "persuasion" I try with Penny I can't get her to be fully satisfied and Mel ends up leaving due to low favour. Is there really no way to change it?

Oh did I misunderstand then? I thought I had to get Penny "satisfied" in order to not make Mel go on vacation.
Yup, maybe it's not obvious enough. But anyone putting the club at risk will be high on Mel's shit list. It's not exactly rational (and possibly motivated by jealousy) but working with Penny will not make her happy.

Here I thought that working with Penny seemed like the best strategy. I mean, she seems so in love with the MC that not siding with her was like leaving a great potential ally in the dusk and likely causing her to ally with the enemy lol. Her writing simply never seemed to be dangerous. On the contrary, it seemed without her, we faced greater risk lol. Crazy how different writing can be interpreted lol.

Depends how much you've levelled up her lewd. If you're at the very start of the game, then there is a guide in the goals screen under Jen -> Optional to follow. If you're having trouble with a specific step on that, let me know. Otherwise if you have levelled her up, then a link should appear in your room to go down the alternative start for the modelling career (4pm -> 10pm).
If you give me more info of your situation, or post your save file (save menu -> save to disk) I can help further.

I was about to start a new play through. I'll definitely wait now. The Lydia porn career is going to be fun.
First of all i must say, that this Game does one thing at least good enough: It lets me believe in the Charachters and their roles. I mean whey i see Jen as the Mom, i dont think about the actor Alexis Fawx, who just gets railed. For me the writing convinces me in their Roles. Often in these real Porn Games im thinking, yeah thats just porn, its not immersive enough to believe otherwise. Kudos to that. BUT the Game is very Grind, especially at the Beginning, the cheats are a must have, i used them as often as i can.
I dont know if its because of that but it seems that my Game is kinda bugged because of that. Two things:
Even if i am on the Porn Route for the mom, it never showed up in the goals section. But i still could play the Route, she does the shots.
Maybe i remember it wrong, but shouldnt there be a MMF Scene? After i select that scene in the agency, on the weekends at 2pm i can interact with the mom, "greet" her at the hallway and ask about the scene. After that i usually get a message from Dereck, where he sends me the video. Repeated that very often but i nevery get the message from Dereck for the MMF Scene.
The other thing: The gangbang scene suddenly just disappeared from the computer, i cant replay the scene wit the mom. It is also not possible to select it again at the agency.
Should be a bug right? I leave my save File atteached, the developer seems to be reading the messages on the Forum here. Thx

Glad you enjoy it! I know the grind isn't for everyone, hence the cheats. When the game is content complete, I might get the chance to play it and figure out if it all needs retuning. Though I'll probably be overhauling the early Jen content anyway.
So the porn scene stuff wasn't related to the cheats. First of all, there's no MMF scene for Jen, you might be thinking of Lydia there. Jen does have a MFF scene which seems to be working fine on your save. The goals for Jen's side content like this are spotty and inconsistent, so if they aren't there, it's probably just because they don't exist (I'll try and fix this at some point).
For the gangbang scene, thanks to your save and description, I was able to find the cause of that bug causing it to disappear, so thank you very much for that. Unfortunately, it's a nasty bug that even if I fix on your save file, it will simply revert back again every time you visit the modelling agency. I've added a fix that will come with R14 (coming out in a few days), that fixes the code and changes the variables to fix the damage. All you'll have to do is go back to the agency again then leave. Sorry to make you wait!
This goes for everyone's saves. Revisiting the agency after unlocking the gangbang scene via text / jen return will make the option disappear. So if you had this problem, it should be fixed in R14!
