Ok, here's the proper update for the cheats for R12
and the save near the end of 11.75 (The club is maxed, the office is maxed too, but Astonia is just about to arrive)
Unpack the 7z and replace the .html.

Level her clothing to max, then you should get a prompt in the morning to unlock the sex shop. If it doesn't appear, do another clothing event (such as at lunch or dinner) and it should fire.
Afraid not. I'll consider adding some!
You need to have her do the gangbang porn scene first.

Thanks very much for the save! Think the problem is that she's already high level so the options are no longer available. I'll redo this part to hopefully fix the issue.

Nah there was a bug, the stage 0 modelling sets should have been available, but weren't. Levelling up her lewd level does make them available though. The report was very helpful and it should be fixed for the next version

There's a little bit but most of it is in the lewd path.
Honestly couldn't say outside of mainstream browsers. Sometimes people do have issues, but you can always jump to another one in that case by exporting and loading your save.

You have to take over the finances before you can pay her to do stuff, which is used to train the prostitute stat. Thanks for posting the screwed up checkmarks, that'll be useful when I find the time to go and redo them all
