I have a couple of question regarding ntr.. i absolutely hate ntr so i want to avoid it, but at the same time i love male dom which is why i took the lust route and the ntr events are there even though i never triggered any, which is why i am wondering, if i were to take the love route, would the ntr choices + strip club still be there?

2 - Yes, other guys can knock up the girls if you take them off birth control
3 - It's one of the choices in the office end story. Unlocks a short story event for Jen
4 - They'll come into effect during the game endings, most likely helping to determine what housing options are available to you. I cannot give full details because it's still mostly theory. I wouldn't avoid doing them as that might put you in a bad spot.
5 - I want to get up to the game endings this year. Endings themselves will likely take longer.

Btw, I found a bug, possibly two. I cannot replay Jens gangbang scene on my PC + I cannot see an option to fuck her in the kitchen, there is only BJ and something else.

To fuck in the kitchen, you need to level up Fiona to max. Still seems to be working so make sure you've done the Fiona thing. Checked the gangbang quickly and it also seems to be working, so make sure you've set it up at the agency, and talked to her when she comes back from the modelling job (weekends usually). If you still have trouble getting stuff to appear, you can post your save file for me (save menu -> save to disk) and I can take a look for you.

Make sure you completed the mixed event first.

A lot of it is based on earlier choices with Skyla. You can still get the good ending if you knock her up and pick all the good options once the story kicks off. Give her no reason to mistrust you

Nah it's all office job related.

There isn't. You level up her prostitute stat with the ntr events at the gym. You might need to click the level 8 events button to reveal the earliest ones, they should boost her up to one and the rest are in the final set of gym events.
