A lot of it is based on earlier choices with Skyla. You can still get the good ending if you knock her up and pick all the good options once the story kicks off. Give her no reason to mistrust you

There isn't. You level up her prostitute stat with the ntr events at the gym. You might need to click the level 8 events button to reveal the earliest ones, they should boost her up to one and the rest are in the final set of gym events.

You level that up at the gym, you might have to click the button that takes you back to the level 8 events first.

It'll unlock for Atonia right after you level her up to max, same for Lydia. Mel you gotta talk to at dinner in her place. Jen's pregnancy chances aren't high, and are very low on most weeks. If you talk to her in the kitchen you can find out the best times to do it. If you're tired of grinding it, you can make a save just before sleeping on a sunday, sleep and check, then reload and try again if it didn't take. Only do this on her fertile week though.

but then that option disappears once you take over the finances.

A story event option should pop up in your room to gain access to her birth control etc.

If you're talking about the rent pay rewards then that's intended. Instead you get new options for cash exchange in the lviing room when she's watching tv.

It rolls at the end of every week based on what happened. If they end up pregnant, you'll get a small event in which they inform you. If it's ntr you'll find out during the game endings.

I even checked the scene gallery, and there's nothing related to pregnancy. The only events that are unlocked in the stage 4 events are the S4 intros for both love and lewd, " A New First" for the love route, and "Taking What's Your" for the lewd route.

True Devotion and Countdown are the ones that unlock it, and should be marked completed by viewing the event (or each other). Are you sure there's no options regarding birth control or fertility when you in the kitchen when you're having meals? If not, I'd better take a look at your save file and see what's going on (save menu -> save to disk). If something is broken I can fix it for you.

I dont like that some scenes cannot be watched once again after seeing it for the first time. For example early escort scenes, or the beginning of Atonias ntr fuck scene in the office.
To make it look more simple. It goes from scene 1->2->3->3. I think it should be 1->2->3->1->2->3-> just like Mels vip room content so we can rewatch the content without making 100 saves just for this purpose.
