Looked in forum, about "New Messages" being blank and not progressing, and this bug was reported last year!

Noob question: How to Update from R14 - R15?
Should i just copy the files in the update over to the R14 folder?

I see this game just got the "pregnancy" tag. Given the age of the game, is it fair to assume that this game simply has one (or a few) image(s) of a pregnant woman instead of featuring an impregnation theme?
I can't remember if it was ever added. If it was and removed, then somebody messed up.
Nope. I still have at least one more release to do before I start working on the endings.
You gotta make sure to click on Lydia's portrait at the bottom to expand the event and make a choice.
Thanks for reporting. I broke the mel sleeping code, so should be fine if you avoid sleeping with her. Patch should be up soon.

Thanks for the save! Unfortunately due to bad code, I can't work out which message even caused this. Do you happen to have a save from before you got the notification? I'll play myself and try to replicate, but it might not work out. I attached an editted version of your save with the new message notification removed.
Yeah if you have the full r14 version just copy the patch into that and overwrite. Glad you enjoyed
There are no pregnancy images, but the game does have a pregnancy system that allows you to knock up the main girls.

I have a new message, but no way to view it. I can see the message 'new message' and the blue message icon has a red tick, but i can't click anything to view the message..... Must be missing something obvious....
Add to this that my progress seems to have stalled - it says go shopping and buy new outfits - but there is nothing to buy? Maybe bugged?

Install the patch in the OP.
Most of the files don't have sound in them, so no sorry.
Check the phone, which is a button on the left side bar. There is a bug where the notification appears when no message is available, but it should fix itself once you get a message.
There might be some in the endings. Thing is I don't want to introduce weird inconsistencies between scenes.
You can train Jen to be an exhibitionist. There's a menu for it just outside the house once you get her high enough and she's available for it.
Did you keep playing after the gallery error? I suggest you go back to a save before you saw the error message because I think it prevents a bunch of the javascript from running, which a lot of the game runs off.
