I think that this is the kind of game where the dialogue didn't matter much. Since it's Live2D, as long as animation hot enough, a simple MTL should've been OK

I'm assuming by the translator notes that this isn't mtl and then fixed afterwords right? Surely that can't be that hard to do ? If you're going to bother doing MTL at all you might as well go over it and make it slightly closer to a real translation.

I've played this a while ago, if it's the same translation i've played, then it's actually a pretty decent MTL, at least i didn't have trouble understanding anything, maybe some weird pronouns ("i'm fucking my pussy").
Besides that, this game has probably the best animations, sounds and scenes i've ever seen on a porn VN. Also the wife is gold tier, she is VERY into it. I can't recomend this enough. Sadly it's the only translated game from this company.

So, that's the worst the MTL gets. It's really decent and the best MTL I've encountered, whatever algorithm that DeepL is using is clearly way beyond anything else so far. Just that is impressive.
As for the game, this is some insane 11/10 animated hentai right here. The detail in the xray's is next level and they directly represent the motions being used which I have never seen before. They recorded an absolute shitton of the VA just doing what she does best 4 or 5 times more than necessary. The emphasis is on the character art, and even that they did a bangup job drawing everything well and the animations are super smooth.
I'm not going to rush the game for a full save, it's easy as hell to start and takes maybe 5 minutes to get to the action. Just play the game lol.
