All artists must be open to criticism , through criticism is the only way an artist grows and becomes better , my comment wasn't "abuse" , know the difference.
Well, there's a difference between constructive criticism on why you find the artist's work unappealing to you, and walking up to some guy's painting and say "why yo eye so big lmfao"
and nothing else.
I'll admit, even though the game's unique model caught my attention, I always find the way that the character's eyes are always fully open makes them rather uncanny as if they were Barbie dolls with muscles and boobies attached
particularly because of the dev's attempt at making the game otherwise "semi-realistic", which I think could be considerably improved if they were to at least use the eyelids in the character's facial emotions more than to make them so... stiff.
But I wouldn't conclude my criticism towards the game's render as just "GIANT EYES BAD" since there are many other instances where bigger eyes work in a cartoonish or anime-like setting, just making a short comment on how one thing doesn't look good to you won't let the artist understand what's wrong with it.
